Tsuro of the Seas review

I recently picked up Tsuro of the Seas, and I'm happy to report that it's a fun and quick game to play! The basic gameplay is similar to the original Tsuro, but with the addition of daikaiju tiles, representing sea monsters, it adds a whole new level of complexity and excitement.

The daikaiju tiles are what really set this game apart. They move around the board, destroying paths and ships, and adding an element of chaos to the game. It's definitely more luck-based than the original Tsuro, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It makes for a more unpredictable and thrilling experience.

One thing I found a bit confusing at first was the daikaiju movement rules. The instructions aren't the clearest, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty simple. I'd recommend watching a quick video tutorial if you're struggling.

I really enjoy the art style of the game. The board is beautiful and the tiles are well-designed. The little plastic ships are also a nice touch.

Overall, I think Tsuro of the Seas is a great addition to my game collection. It's a fun, quick, and easy-to-learn game that's perfect for family game nights or casual gaming sessions. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a game that's both strategic and exciting.
