The game is fast-paced and exciting, as you have to bluff your way into getting what you want. For example, you can claim to have the Duke card, even if you don't, and if no one challenges you, you get three coins from the treasury.

The best part of Coup is that you can play it with almost any number of people, and it takes only about 15 minutes to play. It's perfect for a quick game night or a filler game between longer games. I've even played it with my family, and everyone had a great time. The only downside is that it can be a bit brutal, as you can lose a character card very quickly if you're not careful.
