Galileo Project
Galileo Project review
Galileo Project is a beautiful game with high-quality components that really draw you in. The art is phenomenal, and the poker chips are a nice touch. It's the kind of game that looks great on your shelf and feels good in your hands.
The gameplay is engaging and strategic, with a lot of different ways to win. It's a bit complex to learn at first, with many different symbols and rules to keep track of. However, once you get the hang of it, the game moves along at a good pace. It's not a quick game, but it's not overly long either.
I really enjoy the engine-building aspect of the game, and the different planets and robots offer a lot of replayability. It's definitely a game that rewards strategic thinking and planning. I've found myself getting lost in the game for hours on end.
However, it's not perfect. It does take a lot of table space, and some of the symbols can be confusing. The rules are also a bit dense and could use a more concise player aid. But overall, it's a fantastic game that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding board game experience.
