YINSH review

YINSH is an abstract strategy game that I've really enjoyed. It's simple to learn but takes time to master, and there are so many interesting strategic elements. I love the fact that the game is entirely skill-based, with no luck involved, and that it constantly shifts as you remove your rings, making it a dynamic and engaging experience. The catch-up mechanic is also a clever twist, as you have to balance making rows to win with the weakening effect of removing your rings.

The quality of the components is also very good, with the rings and board feeling substantial and well-made. I was particularly impressed with the clean design of the board and the tactile nature of the rings. The game is also very portable and quick to set up, making it perfect for a quick game session or a longer session with multiple games.

I've read that this game is out of print, but I'd highly recommend finding a copy if you can. It's a unique and rewarding game that I've found to be very replayable. I've played it with both experienced board gamers and people who are new to abstract strategy games, and everyone has enjoyed it. It's a great game for anyone looking for a challenging and engaging experience.
