Sonar
Sonar review
Sonar is a fun, fast-paced game that reminds me of a more strategic version of Battleship. You're not just randomly guessing where the other player's ships are; you're actively tracking their movements and trying to deduce their location. The game is simple to learn but offers a surprising amount of depth.
I was a little hesitant at first, because I've played Captain Sonar before and this one is supposed to be a simplified version. But I was pleasantly surprised. The game is still engaging and challenging, even if it doesn't have the same level of complexity as Captain Sonar. I actually prefer the simpler version for casual play with friends.
The game's components are good quality, and I appreciate that the rules are easy to understand. I definitely recommend Sonar for anyone who enjoys a good strategic game with a bit of deduction. It's a great game for families and friends, and it's sure to be a hit at your next game night.
