7 Wonders: Architects
7 Wonders: Architects review
I've been a fan of the original 7 Wonders for a while now, but I always found it a bit intimidating to introduce to new players. That's where 7 Wonders: Architects comes in. It's like a streamlined version of the classic, with simplified rules and a much quicker play time. It's still got the same core elements of strategy and resource management, but it's easier to learn and much more accessible for families and casual gamers.
What I really love about Architects is how easy it is to set up and pack away. The built-in storage system is fantastic – all the pieces fit perfectly in the box, and it makes clean-up a breeze. The components are also very well-made, and the artwork is beautiful.
We've been playing it a lot with our kids, and they've picked it up really fast. It's great for teaching them about resource management and strategic decision-making, and it's fun for everyone involved. The games are quick, so you can easily fit in a few rounds without it taking up too much time.
Overall, I'd highly recommend 7 Wonders: Architects to anyone looking for a fun, fast-paced, and easy-to-learn board game. It's a great choice for families, casual gamers, and anyone who enjoys the original 7 Wonders but wants something a bit more approachable. It's definitely become one of our favorites!
