Vengeance: Roll & Fight – Episode 1 review

Vengeance: Roll & Fight – Episode 1 is a fast-paced, dice-driven game that promises an adrenaline-pumping experience. The game mechanics are simple to grasp, with players rolling dice in a real-time scramble to build combinations for combat. I'm a fan of roll-and-write games and the idea of "building combos" and striking enemies was definitely appealing to me.

Unfortunately, my experience with the game was marred by a frustrating quality control issue. The box arrived with a crooked lid, and when we opened it, we discovered that we were missing a player board, which means we can't even play the game with the full player count. I'm hoping that this is an isolated incident, but I'm disappointed that this issue even occurred, especially considering the cost of the game.

Even without having played it, I'm hesitant to recommend this game until these manufacturing issues are addressed. The game itself seems fun, but the lack of a critical component is a major turnoff.
