Super-Skill Pinball: Ramp it Up!
Super-Skill Pinball: Ramp it Up! review
I recently picked up Super-Skill Pinball: Ramp it Up! and I have to say, it's a fun and engaging roll-and-write experience that really captures the feeling of pinball. The four unique tables each offer a distinct challenge and playstyle. I particularly enjoyed Gofer Gold, which felt like a great starting point for newer players, and High Roller Heist for its fast-paced action.
One thing I found interesting is that while there's no direct player interaction, the game still feels remarkably like pinball. It's all about scoring points and building combos, and it really gets the adrenaline pumping. I can see how it could be enjoyed solo or with a group, as each player has their own table to focus on. I'm a big fan of the original Super-Skill Pinball, and this sequel definitely lives up to the hype.
However, I do agree with some reviewers who mentioned that a full game can feel a bit repetitive. The rounds take a bit of time to complete, and after a while, the gameplay can become somewhat predictable. I think it would be great if there were some additional elements to shake things up, maybe some special events or power-ups. But even with that minor criticism, I still highly recommend Super-Skill Pinball: Ramp it Up! to fans of pinball and roll-and-write games alike.
