Star Wars: Unlimited
Star Wars: Unlimited review
I recently picked up Star Wars: Unlimited, and I'm having a blast with it! It's a really fast-paced, dynamic game that's easy to learn, but offers a surprising amount of strategic depth. I was immediately drawn to the iconic heroes, villains, ships, and locations from across the Star Wars universe – movies, TV shows, comics, video games, you name it. It's a true fan's dream!
The starter set is a great value for the price, considering all the stuff you get: two pre-built decks, two deck boxes, two playmats/posters, tokens, and a rulebook. The decks are surprisingly good and feature some unique cards, including some rares. The deck boxes and playmats have cool art, although the tokens are a bit thin. I'm definitely going to invest in card sleeves, plastic deck boxes, and some sturdier tokens to protect my collection.
The only real downside is that the starter kit doesn't have a dedicated storage solution for everything once the deck boxes are open. I'll need to find a separate card storage box to keep everything organized.
If you're a fan of card games or Star Wars, this game is a must-have. It's a lot of fun, and it's a great way to relive those classic moments from the franchise. Just be sure to invest in some protective gear for your cards and tokens if you plan on playing regularly!
