Key to the City: London review

I've been a fan of Keyflower since it came out, and when I heard about Key to the City: London, I was excited to see a similar game set in a different location. And it certainly delivers!

The game is all about building up your own London borough. You'll be using the large hexagonal location tiles to create your own unique city, and each tile gives you victory points and resources. It's a lot of fun trying to figure out which tiles to bid on and how to combine them to create the best possible city.

I really appreciate that the game is played over four eras, with new location tiles becoming available each era. This gives the game a lot of replayability, as you'll have to adapt your strategy each time to take advantage of the new tiles. The era system also adds an element of excitement, as you never know what might happen next.

The game does have a lot of similarities to Keyflower, but it's definitely its own game. The location tiles, for example, are very unique to London, and the gameplay is a bit more streamlined. I think anyone who enjoys Keyflower will enjoy Key to the City: London.

Overall, I highly recommend Key to the City: London. It's a great game for fans of Keyflower and other tile-laying games.
