Gosu X

Gosu X is a card game where players build up their army using cards from their deck. It’s a fast-paced and exciting game that is definitely worth checking out! The artwork is absolutely beautiful, which is a major plus in my book. Each clan has different game play styles, and there are a lot of interesting combinations to explore.

I have to say, I love the component quality of this game. The tokens are nicely screen printed and the cards are good quality. The game is easy to pick up and the rules are pretty straightforward. The first time we played, we went through the rules and were still playing in about 15 minutes.

However, I did find some cards with effects that weren’t clear and were not clarified in the rules. This can make things confusing and slow down the game, as you try to sort out and agree how they should be played.

Overall, Gosu X is a fun, quick 2-player card battling game. It's a great game for a quick and fun match, but I wouldn't say it's a game you'll want to play all the time. It's a bit of a mash up of Pokemon and Smash Up, which is a good thing in my opinion. But, just know that the cards that are unclear can be frustrating.
