Gloomhaven

Gloomhaven is a game that I've been wanting to try for a long time. I was finally ready to purchase it, but I was extremely disappointed to find that the version I received was in Spanish, not English as advertised. I saw many reviews online that echoed my sentiment. It appears that this has been a recurring issue for many customers, and it's truly unfortunate because the game itself looks absolutely fantastic.

Based on the reviews I read and the product description, this is a complex and highly immersive game with a lot to offer. The "Choose Your Own Adventure" style campaign sounds incredibly engaging, and the innovative card system used for combat seems like it adds a new layer of depth and strategy. The persistent world and the ability to customize your character's abilities with experience and loot really appeal to me.

I'm sure this game would be a blast to play with friends, but unfortunately, I'm going to have to return this version. It's a shame because I'm really eager to try it out. Hopefully, Amazon can address this issue and ensure that the correct language version is shipped to customers. Until then, I'll be holding off on purchasing this game.
