Dark Souls: The Card Game review

I've been a fan of the Dark Souls series for a long time, so I was excited to try out the card game. I was a bit hesitant at first, as I wasn't sure if a card game could capture the feeling of the video games. But after playing a few games, I can confidently say that it does.

The game is cooperative, and players must work together to defeat enemies and bosses. The deck-building mechanic is fun and engaging, and the game does a great job of capturing the dark and challenging atmosphere of the Dark Souls series. I especially liked the boss fights, which were tense and exciting. The game is also fairly easy to learn, but it has a lot of depth to it. I've played a few games now, and I'm still finding new ways to play and strategize. I think the game is definitely worth the price, and I'd highly recommend it to fans of the Dark Souls series.

I did have a few minor complaints. The game can be a bit slow to set up and tear down, and the packaging could be better. I have seen other reviews that mention the rules being a bit unclear in certain places, but I didn’t have any issues in my experience. Overall, these are just minor issues that don’t take away from the enjoyment of the game.
