Azul: Queen's Garden review

Azul: Queen's Garden is a beautiful and strategic tile-laying game that I've been enjoying immensely. As a fan of the original Azul, I was excited to try this new version, and it definitely delivers on its promise of a more complex and challenging experience.

The game is still easy to learn the basic rules, but there are a lot of nuances and strategic considerations that make it much more rewarding. I really appreciate the increased complexity, as it allows for a lot more depth and replayability. The drafting mechanism is still as engaging as ever, and I love the way the game forces you to carefully consider your choices and plan ahead.

The components are also top-notch, with beautiful tiles and a well-designed player board. I've found that it plays well with both two and four players, and it's a game that I can easily see myself playing with my friends and family for years to come.

While the game does have a steeper learning curve than the original Azul, I think it's worth the effort. It's a very rewarding game that will keep you coming back for more.
