Azul: Master Chocolatier
Azul: Master Chocolatier review
I've been wanting to try Azul: Master Chocolatier for a while now, and I finally got my hands on a copy! I'm a big fan of the original Azul, and I was excited to see what this chocolate-themed version had to offer.
The game is essentially the same as the original, but with a few added twists. The tiles are designed to look like chocolates, and there are some new optional rules that you can use to add variety to the gameplay. It's a fun addition to the base game, and I really appreciate the chocolate theme!
I found this version to be a bit easier to pick up than the original Azul, which is great for casual players or families with younger kids. It's still a strategic game, but the added rules make it a little more accessible.
The quality of the components is excellent, and the game looks beautiful on the table. I especially love the chocolate-themed tiles, and the overall aesthetic is very pleasing. The board is sturdy and well-designed, and the tiles feel great in your hand.
I would definitely recommend Azul: Master Chocolatier to anyone who enjoys Azul or is looking for a fun, quick-playing, and strategic game. It's a great choice for casual players or families, and it's a lot of fun for more experienced gamers as well.
