Twixt review

Twixt is a game that has been around for a while, but I was excited to try it out! I grew up playing games with my dad, and he had the original version of Twixt at home. I wanted to share the experience with my kids, and they seem to love it as much as I do. It's a simple game to learn but challenging to master, and it's always fun to see how your kids' strategies evolve.

I have to say, the first player does seem to have an advantage, so it's worth keeping in mind if you're playing with someone who is just learning. But the pie rule helps to balance things out a bit.

What I really love about Twixt is that it's not just about luck; it's all about strategy. It's great for developing critical thinking skills, and my kids are always trying to figure out how to block their opponent's moves.

I also love that this game is visually appealing. The pegboard is a great design, and it's just fun to see how the links connect. It's a great game to have around for family game night, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and challenging strategy game.
