I've played with groups of all sizes, and it's always a hit. The smaller group sizes can get a bit boring, but it really shines with 5 or more players. I have to say, I'm really impressed with Facade Games. They clearly put a lot of thought into this game, and it shows in the quality of the components and the gameplay.
