Euchre

I recently purchased the Euchre set and I have to say I am a bit torn about it. The set comes with a lot of great features that make it a perfect gift for anyone who enjoys this classic card game.

The score keeping devices are fantastic. They make it so easy to keep track of the score, and the trump indicator die is a real lifesaver for those who forget what the trump suit is. I also like the sturdy box it comes with, which makes it easy to pack up and take with you.

However, the set is let down by the quality of the cards. They are very thin and cheap, and they don't feel very durable. I'm not sure if they'll last very long before they start to get worn out. The fact that it comes with two decks makes me think they know they are cheaply made!

I would recommend buying a standard deck of nice playing cards and removing the cards you need to create your own Euchre deck. You could then store your cards in the box that comes with the set along with the trump die and the instructions. This way you'd have a perfect little Euchre set without having to sort cards from a whole deck every time you want to play.

Overall, this set is a mixed bag. If you're looking for a good Euchre set, I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you're looking for a set with score keeping devices and a trump die, this is a good option, but don't expect the cards to last very long.
