DC Deck-Building Game: Teen Titans review

I recently picked up the DC Deck-Building Game: Teen Titans, and I'm having a blast with it! I've been a fan of deck-building games for a while, and this one definitely caught my eye with its focus on the Teen Titans. I've been playing it both solo and with friends, and it's always a good time.

The game mechanics are really fun, and the "Ongoing" cards add a whole new layer of strategy. It's not just about building a powerful deck, but also about strategically playing those ongoing cards to maximize your power. I love that every character has their own unique way of playing, and it really adds to the replayability. You can spend hours just experimenting with different strategies and trying to find the best way to play each character.

I will say that this game is a bit on the easier side compared to some other deck-building games, and it's definitely easier than some of the other DC Deck-Building games. But that doesn't mean it's not fun! It's actually a great game for beginners, and I found myself laughing and enjoying the game even though it wasn't overly challenging. I love that it's fast-paced and easy to pick up.

One thing that I was initially concerned about was the production quality, as some reviews mentioned issues with the rulebooks and missing cards. However, I was pleasantly surprised that my copy came with everything it should have. The cards are high-quality and the box is sturdy, so I'm not worried about it falling apart after a few plays.

Overall, I highly recommend DC Deck-Building Game: Teen Titans. It's a fun, strategic, and easy-to-learn game that's perfect for both casual and hardcore players. If you're a fan of the Teen Titans or deck-building games in general, I think you'll really enjoy this one.
