Quadropolis review

Quadropolis is a game that surprised me. I was expecting a simple, light city-building game, but there's a lot more depth to it than I initially thought. You draft buildings and place them in your city, trying to get the best combinations for points. The core mechanics are pretty simple, but the decisions you make during the game are very strategic and satisfying.

I really enjoy the way the game forces you to balance multiple goals. You want to get good buildings, but you also need to think about how they'll score and how your choices will affect the other players. There's a lot of fun tension and competition involved, even though it's not overly aggressive.

The quality of the components is excellent, as you'd expect from Days of Wonder. The tiles are thick and well-made, and the artwork is bright and eye-catching. The game also comes with a nice insert that keeps everything organized, which is always a plus.

Overall, I highly recommend Quadropolis to anyone who enjoys strategy games, city-building games, or just wants a fun and engaging game to play with friends and family. It's a great choice for casual players and experienced gamers alike.
