Flick of Faith
Flick of Faith review
Flick of Faith is a fast-paced, flicking-based area control game that’s surprisingly engaging and fun for the whole family. I love that it’s simple to learn, but with a few twists and turns to keep things interesting. Each round brings new challenges thanks to the "Law Cards" and their unique rule modifications.
As a player, you're taking on the role of a god, using your powers and cunning to outwit your fellow deities. The flicking mechanic feels satisfying, and the gameplay is quick enough to keep things moving, but not so fast that you lose track of what's happening.
The game is chaotic and unpredictable. You never know what the next Law Card will bring, or what your opponents will do to gain an advantage. It really feels like a game of strategy and a little bit of luck.
One thing I noticed was that the game mat took a bit of time to flatten out. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s worth mentioning. The component quality is great, and the game comes with some really cool, unique pieces.
I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes a good flicking game or just wants a quick and fun experience. It’s a great choice for families, groups of friends, or even just a casual game night with a couple of people.
