Scattergories
Scattergories review
I've been wanting to try Scattergories for a while now, and I'm glad I finally got around to it. It's a classic game for a reason! The concept is simple: each player has to come up with words that start with a certain letter, and they have to fit into different categories. For example, if the letter is "B" and the category is "Things you find in the kitchen," you might write down "blender," "bowl," or "bread."
I've played this with a variety of groups, and it's always a hit. It's great for families, friends, or even just a couple of people. The game is easy to learn, but it can be surprisingly challenging to come up with creative answers. It's a great way to get your brain working and to have some laughs with your friends.
The only downside is that some of the newer versions of the game are missing some features from the older ones, like the cardboard holders and the wind-up timer. But overall, it's still a great game. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and engaging game to play.
Here are some of the things I like about Scattergories:
- It's a great way to get people talking and laughing.
- It's a good way to exercise your brain and come up with creative ideas.
- It's a versatile game that can be played with a variety of groups.
- It's a classic game that has been enjoyed by people for decades.
If you're looking for a fun and engaging game to play with your friends and family, I highly recommend Scattergories. It's a great game for people of all ages and abilities.
