Dutch Blitz review

Dutch Blitz is a fast-paced, exciting card game that has quickly become a favorite in my family. I was first introduced to it during a summer vacation with family, and it's been a staple game night pick ever since. The game itself is easy to learn, but its simple rules make for a surprisingly dynamic and competitive experience.

The goal is to be the first player to get rid of all your cards. You build piles in the center of the table, and the player who gets the most cards into the center piles wins. However, the game is deceptively quick and strategic. You need to be able to play your cards quickly and think ahead a few moves to make sure you're always in the lead.

I've found Dutch Blitz is perfect for gatherings, especially with friends and family. It's easy to teach, and even beginners can quickly get into the action. While it's best for 2-4 players, you can purchase an expansion pack to play with up to 8 players.

The only slight drawback is that the cards can be a bit hard to distinguish from one another, especially during those frantic moments when you're trying to play multiple cards at once. However, this is easily solved by using different colored card backs (like those found in the expansion pack) or by simply taking a moment to carefully sort your cards before you start playing.

Overall, I highly recommend Dutch Blitz to anyone looking for a fun, fast-paced, and competitive card game. It's a great way to spend an evening with friends and family, and it's guaranteed to be a hit!
